Before the shoot, we spent an hour choosing the outfit and make up look. We had so much to choose from, and had armfuls of clothes to try on before deciding on the final look. It was a great challenge, as we wanted it to represent our combined style, with a new season twist. Are you ready to see it? Here we go...!
Coat (with detachable faux fur collar) | Shirt | Skirt | Shoes | Bag (coming soon!)
Our beauty look was 70s inspired with a touch of autumn - a smoky eye, full brows, loose waves and a warm nude lip. It was so much fun directing the whole look within an hour, and a great challenge for us as a duo.
The outfit had little nods from both our individual styles, and came together in a warm retro 70s palette, perfect for AW15. If only every day was this much fun! We had some great comments from customers during the shoot, and quite a few taking photos while we styled (score)!
You can see the other #MatchMade looks created on the day on the Debenhams blog - we loved being a part of the campaign, and urge you to go and have a look in store. There's so much this season! If you want a refresh, we went to the Debenhams AW15 press day earlier this year; you can take a peek here.
Thanks to the in house team for inviting us to be part of a #MatchMade in Debenhams!

All love of fashion, beauty and the 1970s our own ;)
I went to the Debenhams AW15 press day in Glasgow yesterday and it was fantastic. I saw so many pieces that I really want - fringed boots and a gorgeous grey check coat by Betty Jackson. Loving these pictures you took too. This striped shirt is lovely - black and white is my favourite colour combo. Lorraine x
ReplyDeleteThanks Lorraine, we went a few months ago when it came to London - so many amazing pieces!! x
