WRAPPED UP AND READY TO GO
Wrapping presents is probably my favourite part of Christmas and, as always, it's all about the little details. The gorgeous ribbons, bows and gift tags from Paperchase this year is just insane - I love the mix of classic and contemporary styles! I'll be going for a mix for my wrapping (think classic brown paper with velvet ribbon and novelty tags, or super cool printed paper with jute string). 🎁
I love a good gift tag, it's the perfect finishing touch; the Nutcracker soldiers were an immediate fave (with moveable arms and legs, I mean c'mon)! Tied to a big present with the gorgeous red velvet ribbon, these are bound to raise a smile. For my girl gang, the pretty Wish Upon a Star 🌟 tags work just as well tied to a gift as they do a bottle of prossecco (and a nice nod to the season without going overboard).
We are still in transition with the house move, so we will be decorating our family homes with anything new, taking pieces with us to our new house for next Christmas too! 🎄 I love gold and as it will be a big part of the wedding, the gold star garland will be the ultimate memento for me to drape above our bed. I'll also be adding these cute mini snow globe baubles to my family tree - there's something so magical about snow globes, and these in miniature are just the right side of festive.
Finally, come early December I always whack on the Bublé, make a big cup of Earl Grey and get writing Christmas cards. These Merry & Bright ones from Paperchase are perfect; in navy and Tiffany blue, they're the perfect way to share season's greetings with friends. I'll be flexing those calligraphy muscles to make envelopes extra pretty this year!

GROWN UP GIFTING
I've had a good pair of boots for Christmas before and they are the perfect present. Classic tan is always a winner and these boots from Laura Ashley are fantastic quality as well as bang on trend. In a simple design with the zip at the back, they would be a lovely gift for any stylish lady.

I'll hopefully have a few of my wedding snaps through by the time Christmas comes around, and I cannot wait to snuggle in front of the fire and reminisce about the day. We've enjoyed Orla Kiely candles before, so I know this will go down a storm. Lavender is up there with my favourite scents for a candle (after Neroli of course!) - it's a great fail-safe if you aren't 100% sure on your recipient's favourite fragrance. A lovely gift wrapped up for a friend or neighbour, or a lucky stocking filler for family too. The jar is just adorable too- right?! 🕯

I also love the charm bracelets at Annie Haak this year, offering something a little different to the classic Pandora or Links of London charm bracelet (not that there are any problems there!). They are really understated and the charms are beautifully made. I've a special someone in mind for this little elephant charm; I know they're going to love it! ✨THE CHRISTMAS JUMPER
Browsing through the Cath Kidston look book, I actually did a little dance on finding Billy on a jumper. 🐶 I'm a huge dog lover, and Cath have really pulled out all the stops this Christmas, particularly when it comes to snuggly bits. This Billy jumper is a gorgeous chunky red knit, warm and ideal for a Boxing Day walk. Whilst seasonally red, it isn't 'I'M A CHRISTMAS JUMPER' - meaning I'll be snuggled up in it well into January without feeling silly!

I love a perfume for Christmas. There is something special about opening up a new scent on Christmas Day knowing someone has spent time thinking about what you'd like - there's something so personal and lovely about that. Leighton Denny Light and Dark Delightful is so wearable, with fruity and floral notes of blood orange, jasmine and watermelon - the perfect scent come spring. Whilst sweet it isn't sickly; the deeper notes of musk and lotus flower save it from a tween choice. Love it! NATURALLY BEE-A-UTIFUL🐝
