Last week we went to the Smashbox SS'14 beauty event to have a little look at the new collection - we were quite excited as this was our first Smashbox event, and we managed to meet up with a few familiar faces of the beauty and fashion blogger community, namely Jayne from Jayne's Kitschen and Gemma from This London Life!
This was our first Smashbox event and we weren't disappointed - we loved the new collection from Santigold, featuring gorgeous eyeshadow palettes (two in the collection - one with green, plum and navy, the other more topaz yellow, aqua and black). The eyeliners were a standout piece for us - the pigmentation and colour were striking! Super long lasting too, although if you're slicking on to a base of Smashbox primer then you'll know what we're talking about...!
They offered us some super
strong sweet cocktails as we wandered around (pina colada/mojito, anyone?) and talked us through the range. The lipglosses are inspired by red toned camera filters - super cute!
