Beauty | Festive Hair Masterclass from Supercuts

The week before Rome we were invited to a Festive Hair masterclass by Supercut and Wella. They taught us step by step hair methods for two styles which are perfectly trendy and perfect for the party season. 

We were then given a few products each and challenged to go away and try them out for ourselves! We figured that there was no better place to showcase our new found skills than in Rome! We found it easier than we thought meaning that we now have no excuses for half-effort hair! Here is how we got on...

Felicity's Wavy Beehived Bob

A stunning tousled half-up-half down style with a beehive enhancing the shape and style. This is loose and lovely for any outfit choice - just curl the ends, backcomb the top half section and tease into a beehive. Smooth over and pin! 

Felicity used: Sebastian Professional Volupt Spray through the hair to add volume, then Sebastian Professional Craft Clay through the curls to add texture. 

Lauren's 70's Braided Updo

A classic with a twist, Lauren has always been a gigantic fan of the beehive. This 70's twist integrates a loose bun and chic plaits to make it fabulously red-carpet current! Just backcomb the top half section of your hair into a beehive (leaving the under section loose), twisting and pinning. Plait the sections left and pin around the twist. Done!

Lauren used: Wella Professionals Mirror Polish through the hair before to smooth and help reduce flyways, then Wella Professionals Shimmer Delight to hold.
