What We Wore | Hampstead Rose

After attending the AW15 Cath Kidston press day (more on that later), we were so excited to get the opportunity to style up one of the newest prints - the Hampstead Rose.

Inspired by past CK archives, Hampstead Rose is updated in blue for Autumn. We really loved the pared back approach at the press day, showing really considered capsule patterns and collections as well as revamped past prints (you can read more about the collection here). We were lucky enough to style up the Hampstead Rose print last week, and as Hampstead is a gorgeous green space in North London, we had to go for a park - right?

Coming to see Lauren from the midlands (and after work on Friday), we didn't really have the time to get up to Hampstead Heath, so we went for Bloomsbury Square instead (and pizza after, of course).

According to the lovely people at Cath, the new Hampstead Rose is "...a real brand favourite, featuring china white roses in a mix of scales for an elegant twist on the classic artwork, which originally appeared on kitchenware and laundry. The new Library print boasts pops of purple, periwinkle and lime green which contrast perfectly with the inky blue background". As you can see, we had a real giggle shooting this one. It's not often we get a photographer to shoot us both together (it's usually just us two and an SLR), so thanks to Georgia for photographing us tramping through the undergrowth like right country kids.
