Wedding Wednesday | Burberry Beauty

Make-up is a huge part of your wedding day and if you're looking for that special lipstick you'll love and wear forever, or that cheeky hue for the perfect blushing bride effect, upgrading to a premium beauty brand is a no brainer. Trend led with chic and classic staples underpinning the line, Burberry Beauty really is something else and one of our first stops on the bridal beauty hunt. 

We teamed up with Burberry to show a few products to create two contrasting bridal beauty looks. A pared back natural look with an almond eye, lashings of brown mascara and a rosy cheek and lip, and then a bolder statement lip with gorgeous black eyelashes and silky skin. 

Both can be mixed and matched to any desired look, and also interchanged- why not have your rosy look for the church and then bring out the bold lip for the party?

The Eye Colour Contour stick in Almond is possibly the most perfect eye base we have ever come across. Crease free, stays put and true to shade- this nudey beige stick is now the basis of our bridal make up looks. With the Chestnut Brown cat lash mascara to up the eye drama and a swish of Lip and Cheek Bloom in the gorgeous Rose shade (pigmented product to the max!) the finished look is super romantic and very easy to achieve.

We are loving a bold lip, and for a winter wedding it can be the perfect contrast to a snowy white background. Lip Velvet in Military Red is the perfect pop of colour for Felicity in the dark red shade with smooth formula. Can we also take a second to appreciate the trademark Burberry pattern engraved into the stick itself... dreamy.

Paired with Jet Black Cat Lashes mascara and Stone Grey Eye Colour Contour, the look comes together for the suitably sultry party look for getting down on the dance floor come the evening.
